Studio production, taught by people who work in it

glitzrafti is a professional resource for studio production in motion, from equipment setup and dynamic camera operation to lighting, sound and smooth live workflows.

Training studio floor with cameras, lights and a small news desk

Our story

glitzrafti started with a simple observation: the best television crews are not defined by their kit, but by how well they work together. Too many newcomers learn that lesson on air, in front of an audience.

We built a training resource where crews can rig a studio, move a camera, balance a light and mix a voice before it counts. Today we support broadcasters, production companies and independent teams across the United Kingdom.

How we approach training

Learn on the floor

Theory is short. Most of every course is spent on real equipment, in a real studio, with a trainer beside you.

Calm under pressure

Live television is unforgiving. We rehearse the awkward moments so crews know exactly what to do when plans change.

One connected workflow

Camera, lighting, sound and gallery are taught together, so every department understands the people it works with.

Meet the team

Our trainers are working broadcast professionals who still spend their weeks in studios and galleries.
